Theresa Snaith Hospital Auxiliary Theresa Snaith Hospital Auxiliary is a volunteer group of local residents who have provided physical and monetary support for the Hospital since the Auxiliary's inception in 1962. The organization is named after a local pediatrician - Dr. Theresa Snaith, who practiced in Weston. Today, more than two hundred women and men belong to the group, either as active, lifetime, or sustaining members of the organization. Many times, they are referred to as the "pink ladies" because of the distinctive salmon-colored smock coats they wear performing duties around the hospital. You will see them manning the information desk and gift shop, as well as helping patients and staff in the outpatient department. Throughout the years, the group has bestowed upon the Hospital hundreds
of thousands of dollars generated through a variety of fund-raising
efforts. SJMH Teen Volunteers Much like Candy Stripers from the past, Teen Volunteers perform a number of functions throughout the Hospital. Whether working in radiology, the storeroom, or administration, Teen Volunteers help in any way they can.
