From I-79, take Exit 99 to Route 33 West. Continue on Route 33 West. At the fourth traffic light you come to in Weston, turn left and proceed in the far right lane on Main Avenue. At the next light (you will be next to the Citizens Bank), turn right and proceed on Route 33. Our Hospital is on the left side approximately 2.1 miles.

Directions from Glenville:

Take Route 33 East. The Hospital is located approx. 25 miles from Glenville. Look for SJMH on the right after passing Sunset Acres.
